Additionally, we offer consulting services during the pre-construction phase of a new home. This is the ideal time to lay the groundwork for any automation requirements you can imagine. Planning early allows for the most seamless, sophisticated, and future-ready lighting and automation solutions.
No. Our outdoor lighting systems are fully functional without an Alexa device. Lights automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn, and holiday scenes are pre-programmed to run on their designated dates—no Alexa needed.
Indoor lighting systems can also operate with basic time-based automation, tailored to your daily routine. Again, an Alexa device is not required for this level of functionality.
If you wish to modify any standard outdoor scenes, our technicians can make changes remotely, or you can take our training course to master the Command Center App. The app runs on all platforms—phones, tablets, and PCs—connected to your home Wi-Fi and is accessible only while you are at home.

With your initial purchase, we include two follow-up appointments, scheduled 60 and 120 days after installation. During these sessions, a technician will review your system, discuss your experience, and make any scene adjustments or updates you may require. An internet connection is required for these visits, as our technicians connect remotely to your system to provide seamless service.
Your purchase also includes a two-year parts and labor warranty, giving you peace of mind and assurance in the quality of our work. All systems feature high-quality power supplies and power conditioning units, ensuring consistent and reliable electrical service to your controllers.
Please note: the warranty does not cover damages caused by lightning, electrical surges, or other acts of God affecting the electrical service supplied to your home.
Most outdoor, front-of-house systems start at $2,995 for single-story homes and $4,995 for two-story homes. Pricing is determined by the total linear footage of lighting and the complexity of your rooflines, ensuring a system tailored to your home.
